During 15+ years of analytics leadership, consulting, and delivery, I have made it my goal to provide best-in-class analytics solutions for multiple organizations in high tech, finance, medical, insurance, and marketing, among others. My most recent expertise includes nine years in human capital analytics, where I led and delivered data, research, and analytical solutions for a large multi-national financial institution.
Human capital technology people management. Led dedicated and matrixed teams of business and data analysts, data modelers, data developers, and data testers, working with human resources specialists to define, map, develop, and quality-assure enterprise-wide people data solutions. Ongoing iterative solution replaced aging fragmented legacy data warehouse and serves as the foundation for predictive and reporting analytics.
Organizational and human capital data and measures. Worked with human resource professionals to identify and implement enterprise-wide human capital measures (headcount, financial FTE, promotions, terminations, engagement, performance, recruiting and development), leading enterprise-wide data stewardship of definition and adoption of common metrics.
Organizational and human capital dashboard and reporting design and delivery. Worked directly with executive sponsor and reporting design team to transition reporting from static stand-alone to multi-dimensional executive, HR, and manager dashboards in all aspect of talent (acquisition, management, development, succession).
Organizational and human capital data governance and management. Led the human capital master data, metadata, data quality, and data privacy initiatives related to critical internal risk and external regulatory requirements.
Human capital research. Developed several qualitative (case study) and quantitative (statistical) research analyses, provided technical environment for human capital data scientists.
